Chocolate lover Valerie Conyngham feels life is too short to waste eating bad chocolate! Having channeled her chocolate passion into a successful business, Conyngham is dedicated to making her artisan treats by hand in small batches to ensure high quality chocolate. Sourcing her ingredients mainly from the New England area, Conyngham uses fresh cream and butter, fruit, premium herbs and flavorful rich liqueurs. TCHO chocolate also plays a starring role in her confections and candy bars.

Conyngham credits her studies at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and in the kitchen of Chez Henri for her sweet introduction to the creative and exciting culinary world."
